NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Invitation to Bid 26-01

The County of Amador declares its intention to sell certain real property located in Amador County, California, and invites members of the public to bid on that property. 

The property is a 40-acre parcel of land situated in the State of California, County of Amador, unincorporated area, and is commonly referred to as 18875 Ponderosa Annex Road, Sutter Creek, CA  95685.

APN: 030-020-085-000

The terms, conditions, and auction information are:

1. Buyer to take the property AS IS and with any existing encumbrances;
2. The minimum price of the property shall be $310,000.00 cash; 
3. The County hereby sets Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. as the time sealed bids will be opened and read publicly at the General Services Administration building located at 12200-B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642. Oral bids will be allowed after the opening of written bids. 
4. If purchase is consummated, seller agrees to pay buyer's agent a commission equal to three percent (3%) of the total purchase price.
