The County of Amador is seeking sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, tax, bonds, insurance, permits, premiums, shipping, transportation, services, disposal, equipment, materials, and appurtenant facilities to remove one (1) existing tennis court at Pioneer Park and add two (2) new pickleball/tennis courts, and replace one (1) existing parking spot with one (1) ADA parking spot located at Pioneer Park. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. located at the Amador County Pioneer Park 25100 Buckhorn Ridge Road, Pioneer, CA 95666.
Sealed bids will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200 B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; by U.P.S., Federal Express, or by other courier to 12200 B Airport Road, Martell, CA 95654; until 1:30 pm, Thursday, July 23, 2026, at which time sealed bids will be opened and read in the office of the Director of General Services Administration, located at the above Martell address. Bids received late, will be rejected and returned unopened. Telegraph, Facsimile (FAX) and E-Mail bids will not be considered.
