Hello everyone - I am Sasha.

I'm a very sweet girl who badly needs a forever home. Come check me out!

I am only about 3 years old and, like all available dogs at the shelter, I am spayed and have had all of my shots and am ready to go!

Everyone says that I am not your typical Alaskan Husky - I guess it's because I am actually pretty low key and a joy to walk on a leash - and I love to play - I mean I REALLY love to play! I especially love to play with kids - they can be so much fun and I generally just get along so well with them.

Sadly, I have been in the shelter for a pretty long time. I think maybe it's because I don't get to show my true personality until you take me out of my kennel - then I can show you how much fun and affectionate I can be. But most people just walk by and I don't get that opportunity...😞

But I am VERY optimistic that there is someone out there who wants a beautiful, blue-eyed, affectionate playmate. Someone who doesn't mind the occasional doggie kiss and has room for a joyful gal like me.
