*** New Public Works Contractor Registration Law (SB 854) ***

Beginning March 1, 2015, the County of Amador may only award public works projects/contracts to contractors and subcontractors that comply with the new Public Works Contractor Registration Law (SB 854).  More information is available at the following link:

Contractors doing public works must register and meet requirements using the online application at

https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/Contractor-Registration.html before bidding on public works contracts in California.

Please note all subcontractors must be registered, in addition to the bidding contractor.
