Application Requirements and Helpful Information
The application requires specific details about your work experience and/or educational background. To ensure a complete and accurate application, it is recommended that you gather relevant information or documents before you begin. Some of this information may include:
- Current college transcripts showing completed courses, academic units (semester or quarter units), and actual or projected degree completion dates.
- Job descriptions or class specifications for current or past jobs you have held. Please do not copy and paste directly from a job description. Instead, use these as a guide to accurately describe the specific duties and responsibilities you performed.
- A copy of the job announcement for the position you are applying for. This will help you keep track of the final filing date and confirm that you meet the position's minimum qualifications.
Important Notes:
- All work experience must be listed in the Work Experience section of your application. Do not reference a resume or other documents.
- The job announcement will no longer be available online after the application deadline. Be sure to print or save a copy for your records.
- Only one application per recruitment will be accepted.
- Update your profile with any new or relevant information when applying for future positions.
