Consistent with California Government Code Section 54985, the following information provides the estimated costs to the County to provide the services associated with the proposed fees.

ADMINISTRATION FEES:

Non-Refundable Application Fee - $10; $30 for large events

(for all applications)

Insurance Fee – See Insurance Requirements

(if applicable)

Refundable Facility Deposit on separate check - $250

(if applicable)

Cancellation Fee - $20

(if applicable)

Appeal Fee - $75 (payable to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors)

(if applicable)

 

FACILITY FEES:

There is a (2) two-hour minimum for all facility rentals.

Snack Shack - $25 per hour | $180 per day

Scouts Hut - $25 per hour | $180 per day

(Pioneer Park)

Veteran’s Hall - $25 per hour | $180 per day

(Pioneer Park)

Veteran’s Hall with Kitchen Use - $50 per hour | $250 per day

FIELD & COURT FEES:

Baseball Field - $20 per hour | $145 per day

(Mollie Joyce & Pioneer Park)

Basketball Court - $10 per hour | $100 per day

(Fiddletown & Pioneer Park)

Disc Golf Course - $10 per hour | $100 per day

(Mollie Joyce Park)

Horseshoe Pit - $10 per hour | $100 per day

(Fiddletown & Pioneer Park)

Pickleball/Tennis Court - $20 per hour | $145 per day

PICNIC AREA FEES:

Picnic areas are available at Fiddletown, Lions, Mollie Joyce, and Pioneer Parks and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger gatherings, reserving a picnic area is recommended. Most picnic areas are equipped with barbecue grills. When using a grill, users must have water readily available for fire safety purposes.

In the event a fire occurs, call 911 immediately.
