LAND USE PROJECT APPLCIATIONS CAN NOW BE SUBMITTED ONLINE

Land use applications can be submitted via the link above. Projects will be assigned to a staff planner who will contact you to discuss anticipated processing times and any other information that may be needed for your scope of work. In person submittals are still accepted from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. For additional forms and information that is not provided online, please contact the Planning Department at (209) 223-6380.
