The purpose of the commission is to advise the Board of Supervisors on matters concerning the fish and wildlife resources of Amador County. The commission shall also make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors, consistent with Fish and Wildlife Code Sections 13100-13104, concerning expenditures from the County Fish and Game Propagation Fund. The Commission also keeps informed of legislation, current wildlife research, and other related matters that may affect the fish and wildlife resources within the county.
Meeting Frequency: Meets on the fourth Monday of each quarter at 4:00 PM in the Board Chambers at 810 Court Street, Jackson, CA 95642.
