The County Clerk accepts Notice of Determination (NOD) and Notice of Exemption (NOE) filings. 

To submit a filing please provide:

• Original document with wet signature 
• 4 copies of the original document
• Payment of California Department of Fish & Wildlife fees
• Payment of County Clerk Fee

Make checks payable to the Amador County Clerk/Recorder.

If California Department of Fish & Wildlife fees have been previously paid for the current project filing, you must provide a copy of the receipt showing payment.
