The Health Care Program for Children in Foster Care (HCPCFC) provides Public Health Nurse consultation, oversight, and complex care management, to address the medical, dental, behavioral, and developmental needs of Foster Youth statewide. 

The program functions as a part of the local Child Welfare and Juvenile Probation Department, providing services that bridge the unique health needs experienced by this population and the traditional health care system.
